The research activity of the Department of Mechanical, Energy, and Management Engineering and the quality of the results achieved by the Department's researchers is demonstrated by numerous academic and local collaborations, by the scientific publications produced, and by equally numerous national and international awards.

DIMEG teachers and researchers have wide visibility on the national scene, distinguishing themselves for the innovativeness of their initiatives. They are a point of reference as regards the development of joint projects between the University and the territorial system, especially in terms of continuous training and initiatives related to the creation of important university spin-offs and patents.
