Quality and Improvement

The Quality Policies implemented by the Department are inspired by the European guidelines defined by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and implemented by the Ministry of University and Research (MIUR) through the National Evaluation Agency of University and Research System (ANVUR) ​​within the Self-Assessment, Periodic Evaluation, and Accreditation System (AVA 2.0).

The fundamental principles concern sharing, active participation, the culture of critical analysis and self-evaluation, moral integrity, the valorization of merit, respect for pluralism, and attention to social responsibility.

The Departmentpromotes Equal Opportunities (PO), aimed at guaranteeing each individual equal conditions for participation in academic life and career growth, providing the tools useful for entering economic, political, and social life regardless of gender, religion and by personal beliefs, race and ethnic origin, disability, age, and sexual orientation.
